The founder, and the project’s initiation.

Kaona Villa was founded by a French coach with 17 years of experience as an entrepreneur in Thailand, working closely with hundreds of families as a youth coach and educator.

As a father of a 9-year-old Franco-Thai child and a resident of Hua Hin for the past 7 years, I witness firsthand the daily challenges faced by families in the area. These challenges include education, language barriers, access to educational and sports activities, establishing routines, planning for the future, socialization, and the need for youth consultation.

Kaona Villa aims to provide support to families who are searching for solutions, guidance, advice, or simply someone to listen and share experiences drawn from working with hundreds of families over the past four years, representing over 30 different nationalities.

Identify Issues, Develop Solutions, Act Independently

Every day—with my son, with hundreds of families—I observe the same pattern: children expect immediate assistance, ready-made help, and effortless, enjoyable services.

Most of the children I encounter rely on a maid, nanny, parent, coach, or someone else to handle even the smallest tasks for them. They use their phones, parents, or helpers to avoid facing challenges or difficulties directly.

Teenagers and young professionals turn to AI to do their thinking for them, rather than using it as a tool to refine and execute their own ideas. They copy and paste answers without reading, understanding, or correcting them.

Challenging Projects, Real Solutions

Kaona Villa offers courses for teenagers that link sport and digital projects (such as marketing, media, etc.). Our approach provides resources and guidance but requires participants to independently find and implement their own solutions.

These courses demand more than basic execution; students must deliver high-standard, professional-quality results—such as website content, media and marketing campaigns, and workshop designs—that meet real-world service standards.

The purpose of these projects and courses is to show children that they have the ability to create something from scratch in a world where information is widely accessible.
